Ticketing Form
Please use this form to enter the details of the Primary Youth Leader and to purchase tickets for young people, and any additional youth leaders.
IMPORTANT: this form is only for youth leaders bringing youth groups who will be camping in the Youth Campsite, separately from the Church Campsite. If you wish to book tickets for a young person who will be camping in the Church Campsite, please use the Main Booking Form to do this; they will still be able to access the youth programme.
Deposit Scheme: At this stage, it is possible to pay a deposit of 20% for your tickets, with the full amount due by June 2026.

Group Information Form - upon completion of the form below, you will automatically be sent the Group Information Form. This is when you must submit the names and DBS information for any additional youth leaders, as well as names and parent contact information for all members of your youth group. including
Parent Consent Form - upon completion of the Group Information Form, the Parent Consent Form will be sent directly to the parent/carer of each young person in your group so we can collect more detailed information about each of them, including medical and emergency contact details.
Camping Form - finally, later this year we will send you the Camping Form which will allow you to tell us more about your pitch requirements, including any additional marquees you will be bringing (or hiring).
