Group Registration Form

IMPORTANT: this form is only for youth leaders bringing youth groups who will be camping in the Youth Campsite, separately from the Church Campsite.
If you wish to book tickets for a young person who will be camping in the Church Campsite, please use the Main Booking Form to do this; they will still be able to access the youth programme.

Please use this form to enter youth leader details and purchase youth leader tickets.
You will need to provide details about your youth group, and enter their parent contact details so they can be sent the form to book tickets for their young people.

Youth Leader Tickets

Primary Youth Leader Ticket
A minimum of two youth leaders are required to lead each youth group.

The first youth leader ticket is free.
The second youth leader ticket is £25 (+ £35 camping fee per leader.)
Additional youth leader tickets cost £50 (+ £35 camping fee per leader.)

Wildfires Youth Festival requires a 1:10 leader to young person ratio. 
This means for every additional youth leader added you will be able to bring 10 more young people.

Please confirm your how many of youth leaders will be attending the main morning and evening session with your young people.
Please note, you are required to send one youth leader per 10 young people into the morning and evening sessions. This commitment impacts our team ratios in the venue. You are able to change which leaders you send but you must always ensure it is at least 1:10.

Please note, tickets for your youth group cannot be purchased on this form. On the following page you will be able to input the details of your youth group and send their parents a link to the form where tickets can be purchased.

For each additional youth leader ticket purchased, you will be able to add another 10 young people.

Children

Do you or the youth leaders in your group have children of your own who will be camping with you in the youth area?
We understand that many youth leaders have children of their own who are not yet youth age. If that's you and you plan to bring your children with you, and would like for them to camp in the youth area with you and your youth group, please tick yes to add child tickets below.

Year Group is based on the academic year 2026-2027.*

*We do allow children who will be entering year 7 in September 2026 to access the youth programme. To do, this you will need to select a youth ticket option. It will not be possible to switch groups from youth to kids once on site.
